Sarah michelle gellar and freddie prinze jr. part ways with los angeles estate
After 13 years, Hollywood power couple Sarah Michelle Gellar and Freddie Prinze Jr. have put their beloved Los Angeles home on the market for a whopping $10.5 million.

This brentwood estate has a rich history, having been the couple's primary residence since 2013.
Gellar and Prinze first purchased the 7,300-square-foot property in August of that year for $6.1 million. The five-bedroom, three-story home boasts a serene, neutral color palette and warm woods throughout, drawing inspiration from Hamptons retreats with its crisp Neoclassical elements.
The main floor features a double-height foyer, a great room combining a kitchen, dining area, and lounge space with French doors opening to the garden. Additionally, there's a formal living room with a fireplace, a dining room wrapped in floral wallpaper, an office, and a full wet bar.
Upstairs, the primary suite comes with two walk-in closets, a sitting area, and a balcony overlooking the lush garden, surrounded by tall trees and privacy hedges. There are six full bathrooms in total, including an en suite primary bath with a soaking tub, walk-in shower, and dual vanities.
Outside, the manicured backyard boasts a tiled pool and spa, stone paving, and an outdoor kitchen equipped with a barbecue. The couple initially listed the property as a rental in March 2025 for $60,000 per month before deciding to sell it outright for $10.5 million.
